Day 7: Private office in the train to Heidelberg

Worst case or total desaster, call it how ever you want: The 6 hours train from Berlin to my hometown Heidelberg had no power outlet for my notebook and I needed to work. But a flirt with the train officer helped me to get into the train's conference room, a small room with power outlets, 4 chairs and a table for me alone.

Arriving in Heidelberg my father picked me up at the train station. As he is a doctor I took the chance to let him operate my toe nail that I broke in February...hell, I shit my pants!

The afternoon we spent at my mother place to meet my close family (brothers, grandmother, oncles and aunts). And of course we had a TV for watching the games, what do you think?

My office for the next 6 hours.

Frankfurt train station and downtown.

Me...

My father at work.

After the 'match'.

After after the 'match'...

German soccer pasta.

World cup winner 2006: Canada...

My toe is now a Brasil fan...but the rest is still German.
