Day 12: Heidelberg vs. Ecuador 3:0

As my brother Nico is leaving to New Zealand this day I stayed with him the last night at my mother's home. To say Good Bye for a long time is always hard, but now I have somebody to visit down there :-).

Then, the afternoon, Germany is excited: The last match in the first round was not that important anymore as we are already in the next round. But of course everybody expected them to win. And they did, 3:0 vs. Ecuador!

Having a great soccer afternoon and a supper with Mona in my old neighbourhood I went to watch the match England vs. Sweden (2:2) at the 'Halle_02', a club owned by schoolfriends of mine. And I was positive surprised as they have a huge tent now for 2000 people, a pool (not for 2000 people..), beach bars and beach volleyball.
The match was interesting for Germany as England or Sweden will be our next opponent on Saturday.... so it's Sweden. But I didn't concentrate that mutch on the game as of course I met a lot of old friends there.
After the match I decided to go home, but on the way I decided to go back and stay as a friend of mine was still DJ'ing. And it was worth it, people started dancing again until the club was closed.
